     We offer free kiln layaway, free pottery wheel layaway or ceramic package layaway.

Here’s how it works:
     If you know exactly what you want, great! E-mail or call with your wish list and shipping address. We will send you a Sales Order showing all your discounts, free products and EXTRA discounts on products and shipping for your approval before purchase.

     Or would you like help picking out that perfect kiln for your special needs? Would you love to get some other items such as bisque, glazes, tools, clay, glass equipment or molds? E-mail us now or call during business hours - we will help you put together the perfect package. Then we will send you a Sales Order showing all your discounts, free products and EXTRA discounts on the supplies and shipping for your approval before purchase.

How you pay:
     We accept cash, checks and credit cards (MC, Visa or Discover).
We will require a deposit of 1/3 down, another 1/3 in 30 days and your balance by the end of 30 days. Once the entire balance is paid, we will ship your order right away or you can pick it up here at American!

     Once you receive your shipment, e-mail us and we will set up a time to assist you with prepping the kiln furniture kit, loading the kiln and then pushing buttons on the kiln in real time. We send photos, articles and sometimes videos to help. After your test fires, we will give you suggested firing schedules whether for ceramics or glass fusing AND on-going tech support! ALL of this for no extra charges!

Cancellations of Orders and Refunds: An order may be canceled within the first 30 days of your first deposit with no penalties if we do not need to special order something for you. Should you wish to cancel your order after the second deposit is paid, we will refund what you have paid less 6.4% of the total of the SALES ORDER. Should you wish to cancel your order after it is paid in full, we will refund the total less 25% for any products except special order items.

Our shipping, unless otherwise stated, is ACTUAL shipping costs based on size, weight and destination.
We generally find that when you add up other company’s TOTAL costs including any taxes, we are usually less expensive.
